AC Milan keen to sign Inter’s target Chalobah

AC Milan are keen to sign the Nerazzurri target from Chelsea, Trevoh Chalobah. Inter are looking to sign a defender before the end of the transfer window, but they might not be able to meet Chelsea’s demands. The Blues would like to get transfer fees on Chalobah, which Inter will not give. The Nerazzurri have proposed a dry loan, and they can not guarantee regular game time to the English defender. While AC Milan, who had a quiet transfer window, are willing to pay the transfer fee.

Chelsea also want to make this deal permanent, and AC Milan are willing to do so. Both the clubs have done a similar deal before when Tomori went on loan to AC Milan from Chelsea. Later, the Rossoneri made the move permanent, and Chelsea would like to do a similar transfer. Inter are not willing to sign Chalobah permanently as they only need him for a loan this season. Inter plans to sign Akanji next season when he is a free agent.

The Rossoneri are looking to replace Alessio Romagnoli as he went to Lazio as a free agent. Also, Inter Milan’s city rivals are investing in young talents, so Chalobah is a priority for them. Inter Milan just need a backup for De Vrij, who can rotate for other players. Inter will have to sign Acerbi at the end before it’s too late.
