Conte rules out Eriksen’s exit, says “nobody will leave”

Conte rules out Eriksen’s exit from Inter, says ‘nobody will leave the club’. Inter put Eriksen on the transfer list back in November. In fact, he has only made 14 appearances and four starts for the club till now. Eriksen joined Inter in the 19/20 season during the coronavirus pandemic. Lombardy was one of the worst-hit regions at the time. And the situation took a psychological toll on Eriksen. However, he got better with time but he did not get the chance to play under Conte. He did not fit well into Conte’s system and thus, he has been on the bench for most of the season.

Inter bought Eriksen from Tottenham Hotspur during the 19-20 season. The Nerazzurri grabbed the deal since they were getting him for half the price. However, his move to the club hasn’t been short of a nightmare for the Dane. He came to Inter with the dream of playing in Serie A for the Italian giants. But that did not work in his favour. Eriksen is an extraordinary player when he is in form and plays his natural game.

Since Eriksen is a hero for the club now, Inter management would want to see him play more.
