Inter’s Esposito has great potential says Venezia defender Michael Svoboda. In fact, Svoboda thinks he is a good prospect for Serie A. Sebasino Esposito joined Inter at the age of 16 in march 2019. He played his first match in the second leg of the Europa League. Further, he came in as a substitute for Borja Valero in the 73rd minute against Eintracht Frankfurt. After, he became the youngest player to feature in a European competition match for the club.

In fact, in the following season, he made his Champions League debut. He replaced Romelu Lukaku in the match against Borussia Dortmund. Thus, becoming the second-youngest player to ever feature in a European Cup or Champions League match after Giuseppe Bergomi. At the age of 17, he made his Serie A debut coming in as a substitute for Lautaro Martinez in a home game against Parma. In fact, in June 2020 he was nominated for the Golden Boy award.

Esposito went out on loan to SPAL in September 2020. However, he did not receive enough game time which resulted in the year-long loan coming to an end in a few months. So, in January 2021 he joined Venezia on loan. Ever since the youngster has made nine appearances and provided a single assist for Venezia across all competitions. Svoboda said that Sebastino has to give 100% in his training which will boost his existing potential.

On the contrary, Inter are going pretty strong in Serie A. In fact, they are currently number one on the table and the Scudetto is clearly in sight. Though the club has other problems going on at the moment including finances and the unknown future of the owners. But Conte wants to focus on the game. In a recent statement, Conte said that the external factors are not in their hands. Currently, he is happy with the team’s efforts and expects to continue with the same results.
