Inter’s Stellini hails Eriksen after Inter’s 4-0 win in the match against Benevento. Eriksen started his career in football with the Dutch side, Ajax. He played as a youth exponent for Ajax after signing a two and a half year contract with them in 2008. Furthermore, the years between 2010 and 2013 were his breakthrough years. He contributed immensely to his club and his career. He made his Premier League debut after joining Tottenham Spurs in 2013. Furthermore, he made prime contributions during his time with the Spurs. He joined Inter in the 19/20 season on a four and a half year deal.

It is no surprise that Christian Eriksen’s contribution to Inter under Conte’s management has been minimal. The Dane failed to fit into Conte’s system while Conte never gave him enough chances. He proved his worth yet again in the match against Benevento where Inter dominated by a 4-0 win.

Eriksen has been out of favour for Conte from the start. Thus, being on the bench for most of the season. Eriksen is an extraordinary midfielder in his natural form. Nonetheless, after his contribution to the match against Milan, Conte will be forced to play him more. In fact, he proved himself again in the last match. He received praises from Conte’s assitant Stellini who stated that Eriksen would not move away from the club.
