Zanetti knows all the struggle Inter have done to finally get the Scudetto. They have faced many financial problems and were under scrutiny when they got out of the UEFA Champions League in the group stage. They had a tough group with Real Madrid, Borussia Monchengladbach and Shakhtar Donesk. But the Nerazzurri came back strong and got their Scudetto after more than a decade.

AC Milan started their season strong and were at the top of the table for quite some time. But when the Nerazzurri got out of the UEFA Champions League, they got all of their focus on Serie A. Bastoni said in an interview that they woke up after their loss. He said that Conte changed the tactics and got their defensive line down. After that they didn’t concede much goals. Then the Nerazzurri went on a run this year and won against AC Milan which gave them the extra advantage and then continued to extend their lead at the top.
Inter will now want to go into next season with the same passion and they will have a pre-season series with Bayern Munich and Real Madrid which will help them a lot in their preparations.
