Inter Milan announce their 24-men UCL Squad to UEFA. Moreover, this squad will take part in the group stage of this season’s Champions League. Also, the complete list of players registered to UEFA for the Champions League is given on the official website. Inter Milan will play their first match against Real Madrid on Sept 16, they faced the Los Blancos last time in the group stage as well and lost both matches. But, Real Madrid are on a different side now, they have lost their captain Ramos and Varane. Both were solid at the back and Inter can look to capitalize on that this time. Just like Inter, Real also have had a managerial change as Carlo Ancelotti is back at the helm and Zidane decided to leave.
Also, Inzaghi will face another Italian manager as De Zerbi has joined Shakhtar. Inzaghi has faced him before when he was with Sassuolo and had a brilliant season. So, now he will face him in European stage on 28th Sep. Shakhtar managed to draw both the games against Inter last time. So, Inter will look to play better this time with Inzaghi. Inter will also face Sheriff Tiraspol who have qualified for UCL for the first time.

Christian Eriksen of course misses out because of his injury. But the young striker Martin Satriano is left out of the squad. The 20-year old scored 7 goals in pre-season but maybe that was not enough to convince Inzaghi. However, Inzaghi has enough depth in the forward line. He has Lautaro, Dzeko, Correa also Inzaghi included Sanchez who is not fit at the moment. But Inzaghi will hope that he will contribute by coming from the bench in big matches.
