Lukaku won’t leave Inter, hands Chelsea a blow

Lukaku is on top of the moon after winning the Serie A and he has hinted that he won’t leave Inter anytime soon. He has been on terrific form this season for Inter. He has scored 21 goals in 33 appearances to help Inter win the Scudetto after 11 years. Hence, his impressive season has led to some interest from Chelsea and Man City.

Lukaku has given a hint that he wants to stay at Inter, play and fight for more trophies. In his interview with Sky Sport Italia (via Daily Mail) after the title win he said, “I am so happy for all the Nerazzurri fans in the world. For the team, the coach and his staff, the president and everyone. It was a great year for all of us, I’m proud to play for this club. “I told a friend of mine that this how I wanted to celebrate the title, to be here with all the fans. We all wanted to share our title with the Nerazzurri fans.”

Lukaku is very happy at Inter and he won’t leave

Romelu Lukaku was out on the streets of Milan celebrating with many fans. All the fans were rightfully happy by putting an end to Juventus’ nine year reign as Serie A champions. Lukaku then said,” It was a perfect season overall for me and Inter and I wish to go on like this. I want to thank each and everyone, I am very happy.”

He came under fire during his time at Man United by the English media for his poor first touch and inconsistency. But, the Belgian has scored goals wherever he goes. He had 87 goals in 166 games for Everton. While, 42 goals in 96 for Man United. 61 in 92 for Inter Milan so far and he doesn’t seem to stop.
