The Croatian has done well in the back 3 system, so he can settle at Chelsea, and he will get a chance to play in the Premier League.
Juventus are searching for free agents for this summer and want Perisic. Bernadeschi could leave the club, and Perisic will be an upgrade for that position. The Croatian can play as a left midfielder in Juve’s 4-4-2 system. But letting him go to Juve will not be a good idea as they are Inter’s rivals. The Nerazzurri will propose a final offer to Perisic after this season.
