Inter linked Dybala and Smalling to stay at Roma

Inter Milan linked Dybala, and Smalling are likely to stay at AS Roma despite transfer rumors. The Nerazzurri are looking for a defender and a forward in the summer transfer window. The Nerazzurri want a replacement for Skriniar, who is moving to Paris Saint Germain this summer. Also, they need a replacement for Correa, who has not played up to their expectations. Both Dybala and Smalling have been on Inter’s radar, but the duo want to stay at Roma along with Jose Mourinho.

The Nerazzurri have been eyeing Paulo Dybala since last summer. But the Argentine decided to move to AS Roma. Inter have a chance to sign the La Joya again this summer. Inter like the possibility of playing both Lautaro and Dybala at the front. The Argentine teammates have a strong connection, but Dybala does not want to leave Roma after his first season. Also, he will continue with AS Roma if they make it to the top four.

The Nerazzurri were targeting Chris Smalling as he would be a free agent in the summer. Moreover, Smalling has been in good form and has the experience to excel in Serie A. The English defender would have been a temporary replacement for Skriniar next season. Inter are struggling financially so they are looking for free agents to cover the gaps in their squad. But Smalling is likely to extend his contract with AS Roma, so Inter will have to search for another defender.

The Nerazzurri have to sign a forward in the summer as one of Lukaku or Correa is likely to leave. The Belgian forward is slowly finding his form back, so Correa could be on his way in the summer. His sale would also help in generating profit in the transfer window.
