Inter plan to sign Scamacca in a swap deal. Many clubs are keen to sign him, including Juventus but Inter have a nice plan to acquire him. The Nerazzurri are willing to meet Sassuolo’s demands and will give them a couple of players as well. Juventus are also planning to sign the 22-year old, but they are looking to sign him on a loan deal. The Bianconeri want to bring him on loan in January and then buy him next year. But Sassuolo do not want to sell their star striker in January. Also, they have sold Jeremie Boga to Atalanta, so they do not need to sell another striker in January to balance their books.
Sassuolo want €40-45 million for their young striker, Juventus can only give around €30-35 million. While the Nerazzurri are ready to meet Sassuolo’s demands, they could include Pinamonti in the deal. He has scored seven goals in 18 matches so far for Empoli. Also, Sassuolo are scouting Lorenzo Pirola, Inter’s center-back who plays in Serie B so, Inter might give him as well. Inter are planning for their future as Edin Dzeko is not a permanent solution for the future. The Nerazzurri are also keeping tabs on Julian Alvarez.
Inter plan to sign Sassuolo’s start striker, Gianluca Scamacca
Scamacca has shown his quality this season, as he scored goals against the title contenders Milan and Napoli. The tall striker can play the role of Dzeko easily and form a solid partnership with Lautaro up-front. The Italian has excellent technique and is comfortable on the ball. He excels both in air and on the ground as he links up the play well.
He will fit in Inzaghi’s system, but Inter will have to pay a decent amount for him. The 22-year-old has scored six goals in Serie A for Sassuolo in 19 matches.
