Inter Milan will target Kalidou Koulibaly if Skriniar decides to leave at the end of this season. Currently, with Handanovic being used as a backup to Onana, Skriniar is the captain of the team. Inter have offered him an improved contract, but Skriniar is thinking about his future plans. The Slovenian defender could move to a big club as he has interest from Premier League and Ligue 1.
Inter will target Koulibaly from Chelsea if Skriniar leaves
The Nerazzurri will go big to replace Skriniar, as they are eyeing Koulibaly from Chelsea. The former Napoli defender has arrived at Stamford Bridge this season and has been struggling with some injuries. However, the Blues will not let him go so soon, as they consider him as a part of the future. Inter will have to make a huge bid, which will be hard as they have some financial issues. However, Inter could interest Chelsea in a swap deal, as the Blues are keen to sign Dumfries.
Koulibaly has lots of experience playing in Serie A and is comfortable operating in a back three. Also, Inter have good relations with Chelsea as they have done business in the past. But Koulibaly is happy at Chelsea, and will not be looking for a move back to Serie A this early.
