Man United want to close Onana deal soon

Man United want to close the Onana deal as Erik Ten Hag is pushing to make the move soon. The Nerazzurri are willing to make the deal happen, and Piero Ausilio will meet United representatives by Friday. United and Inter and United are still negotiating on the transfer fee, as the Nerazzurri will not entertain any offer below €50 million. Ten Hag wants to reunite with his former keeper soon, as he wants to implement his football philosophy properly from next season.

The Red Devils are pushing for Onana’s transfer as De Gea has fallen out of Ten Hag’s preference. The Spanish keeper is not up to the mark with his ball distribution. De Gea hinders United’s capability to play out from the back, as he struggles to make the right passes under pressure. Hence he is forced to go long which disrupts the build up. Meanwhile, Onana is one of the best keepers with the ball at his feet. He played a crucial role in helping Inter build up easily in UCL knockout games.
