The Nerazzurri will lose him on a free transfer, they were demanding €20 million from PSG. However, they could have sold the Slovenian defender for €70 million in the summer if they knew he was not going to renew.
The Nerazzurri are disappointed with Skriniar, as he could have conveyed to them his decision much earlier. Inter Milan thought he was willing to renew after he rejected Paris Saint Germain’s big offer in the summer. Now Inter will have a tough job filling the big void left by Skriniar in the defense. The French giants wanted to get Skriniar in this window, but Inter has managed to keep him till the summer.
