Barella calf problem is back in the picture yet again. The 22-year-old midfielder has sustained two injuries ever since he has joined Inter. After he came to Inter in July 2019, he suffered a knee injury in November the same year. Due to which he missed 6 games. Furthermore, he suffered a hamstring injury this year in July missing 4 games. This is the second time this year where Nicolo has suffered an injury. A report from Sky Sport Italia states that the injury is not a serious one. Still, fans are still waiting for the assessment of the medical team.
Barella has polished himself ever since joining Inter and has built himself as one of the best central midfielders in Europe.

Inter secured Barella’s services for the 2019/20 Serie A Season on an initial year-long loan deal with an obligation to buy at the end of it, effectively signing him for the next five seasons. He spent the 2019-20 season at the San Siro before joining the Nerazzurri permanently on a 5-year contract.
Barella has made 55 appearances for the Nerazzurri club to date scoring 4 goals and providing 12 assists. Additionally, in this term, he has made 14 appearances for his team and provided 4 assists. Barella has been in great form lately and his versatility is a bonus for Conte. Inter won’t want to lose their main man in the midfield at this time.
Barella’s injury might make way for Arturo Vidal in the upcoming weekend against Bologna. Conte will be looking to rest Barella before the all-important Champions League fixture. The Italian international has the reputation of being the best young midfielder and to do justice to that, he has to be healthy. Although the seriousness of the situation is unknown, fans are hoping to see the young star on the field soon.
