Inter optimistic to sign Trubin from Shakhtar

Inter Milan are still optimistic to sign Anatoliy Trubin from Shakhtar as the Nerazzurri are urgency to sign a keeper. After losing Onana and Handanovic, Inter are eager to find the right replacement who they can trust between the posts. Currently, Inter are going through their pre-season without their preferred keepers.

Anatoliy Turbin has been on Inter’s radar, but the Nerazzurri are struggling to meet Shakhtar Donetsk’s evaluation. The Ukrainian keeper wants to join Inter, but Shakhtar are adamant about their asking price of €30 million which could go down to €20 million. Meanwhile, Inter are not looking to go above €10 million, as Trubin is not an established keeper, and is still raw.

The Nerazzurri believe that as the transfer window comes to an end, Shakhtar will soften their stance. However, Inzaghi would like to have a keeper soon to help him settle into the team before the season. It will be necessary for the new keeper to adjust to the new build-up routine and coordination with the defenders.

Inter optimistic to sign Trubin as the Ukrainian keeper wants to join

After Onana and Handanovic’s exit Inter have to sign two keepers in this transfer window. Trubin’s transfer fee is out of their budget, and they are facing resistance from Bayern for the sale of Yann Sommer. The Bundesliga giants are now eyeing David Raya as their new keeper. Inter are optimistic and believes that both the clubs will agree to sell their respective players. Since both Sommer and Trubin want to join Inter, the Nerazzurri believe this could make a difference.

Inter are open to signing other keepers, but both Inzaghi and the directors believe that Trubin and Sommer are viable options. Sommer will bring experience to the squad, and he has been an established keeper. While Trubin has immense potential, and Inter can count on him for the future.
