Inter Milan are planning their team without Marko Arnautovic, as the Austrian striker will be out for a long time. He has suffered a strain on the biceps femoris muscle in his left thigh and will have to stay out for a while. Medical tests have confirmed that it is a serious injury, and Inzaghi will have to find solutions, who can cover for the former Bologna striker. The Nerazzurri signed Alexis Sanchez after Joaquin Correa decided to move to Marseille on a loan deal.

The Austrian striker has acclimatized well at Inter, and Inzaghi will have problems in finding the right replacement for him. Arnautovic is proving to be a viable replacement for Dzeko as he can act as the focal point. Also, his hold-up and link-up play is brilliant which has supported Lautaro to excel this season.
