Inter vs Bologna 21/22 Serie A Match Preview

Inter Milan vs Bologna will take place at San Siro tomorrow. After losing 0-1 to Real Madrid in the Champions League, Inter will look to bounce back against Bologna. A late goal by Rodrygo denied Inter a point who had plenty of chances in the first half. Bologna are at 6 in the Serie A table and are unbeaten so far in this season.

Inter have now failed to get victory in their last two games, but Inzaghi’s men will look to get 3 points tomorrow. Against Sampdoria, Inter dominated the game but could not hold their lead. However, Inter have started their season well and their new signings have settled into the team easily. Now they will be up against a side who are in great form as Bologna are coming into this match with a win against Hellas Verona.

On Monday night, Bologna secured a 1-0 win over Hellas Verona as Svanberg netted the goal for them. And Marko Arnautovic provided the assist for the 2nd half winner. The Austrian was at Inter for a loan spell as well in the 2009/10 season. He has scored a goal for Bologna as well and would like to score another against his former club tomorrow.

Inter can start with their best eleven as no player has any injury problem except Stefano Sensi. Inzaghi will be wary of Bologna’s form and he will have to rectify some mistakes that Inter are making at the back. With Perisic pushing forward, Inter’s left flank does get exposed at times. Bologna also have a decent away record against Inter Milan. They have won 4 of their last 9 games at the San Siro. But, Inter won both matches against Bologna last season and will test Bologna’s defense tomorrow which has been solid so far.
