Inter are planning to extend the contract of Simone Inzaghi soon as many clubs have an interest in him. The Italian tactician’s current contract will expire in June 2023 but Inter will soon renew his contract. According to reports, Inter are planning to give Inzaghi a new contract that will run till 2024. The contract will have a clause to add another year and Inzaghi’s salary will increase slightly from €4.5 million to €5 million.
Inter managed to sign Inzaghi at the last moment from Lazio as Conte left after winning the Serie A. Inzaghi had a tough task in hand as Inter sold Lukaku and Achraf Hakimi in the summer transfer window. But he has done a great job considering he did not have much experience in managing a big club. Also, his style of play has suited Inter’s players as they have more freedom on the pitch. The board members are happy with the results so far and hence they planning to extend Inzaghi’s stay.

It will be interesting to see how he will approach tonight’s game against Liverpool with a two-goal deficit.
